Great resort, kids had a ton of fun swimming, friendly staff. Understood it’s not the resorts problem, but at 2 in the morning about 10 cars showed up in the parking lot that shares a fence with the resort and cranked music to an extreme level and had a party in the parking lot. This woke up my family. And I’m sure many others. They were there for Atleast 45 min. ( maybe longer before we woke up). The noise mixed with a very unsettling feeling of what was going on made us uncomfortable. Other than that is was a great time.

Great concept for the property but the cleanliness was not good. Discolored linen and towels, multiple colored hairs on sheets and in bathroom, black substance in grout, dust in vents, etc.

I loved the staff at the front desk but the staff that ran the arcade you could tell literally hated their jobs. My son had won a bundle of tickets from a claw game and when he took it to the clerk and asked how much were in these, he just took it with attitude and threw them off to the side and walked away. Taking my son's ability to spend them. We came back the next night to play and there were two guys there who barely acknowledged us and when my son was ready to collect and go the man there stated he couldn't use the tickets. That they were expired and went to the back room. Overall arcade was a failure but I loved the bar tender. The male at the front desk I let him know he was my favorite. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He answered questions I was going to ask before I even finished asking. Everyone else there was amazing. The grounds were very well kept. Our room on the other hand half the outlets didn't work and the door would not shut all the way unless you slammed it. The shower had very little water pressure. They were well cleaned by the housekeepers. The food was also mediocre. But again, I would stay there again just because of the staff and the convenience and location of the hotel. Also the laundry room soap dispenser ate our money twice. When we told staff about it they stated we would have to call a number to get our money back. Not his fault but what an inconvenience. So we were out $2 twice on top of buying the soap from the convenient store in the lob

Nice amenities, great if you have kids, not so much if your just adults traveling.

The water park was closed on some day we stayed and weren’t informed before hand we booked it for the water park but over all was decent. The rooms have a musty smell and could use some up dating. Our room door wouldn’t work half the time or lock properly so updating for sure

Water park is a big bonus!

The location is perfect.. near a lot of restaurants and stores. However the resort itself is not as good.. the day we checked in someone pooped in the pool and the floors were sticky in the room. ALSO the towels were yellow and worn out.

We were in town for a cheer competition located about 14 miles from this resort. At first I thought it was to far but it was the absolute BEST! There was so much to do for my children from foam parties, kids live dj party and many other events. There is a tiki bar that you can sit at and watch your children in the water park. There was definitely something for everybody. The staff were all very courteous and went out of there way to make the trip magical. Michael from the arcade was a definite stand out. The building might look a little old from the outside but was very modern and updated the minute you walk in. I will be staying here everytime I come to town.

The first room was dirty. The pull out bed was dirty. Sheets dirty. Mattress was so thin you could fell the springs coming out. Underneath the pull out mattress was falling apart. The second room- The beds were hard. There were nats in there. Then the really disturbing part happened on the last day when we were at the pool without the slides someone popped in the pool and within a hour people were back in it. It should have been shut down emptied and sanitized. There is no way it was sanitize properly within an hour. If they sanitized it properly, there’s no way it would be safe for people to be in the pool that soon.

Kids loved the waterpark.

The outdoor pool "waterpark" is decent. The indoor toddler pool was freezing. Outside looks more like a motel than resort. The tower, walking in the halls to your room smells like cat pee. The pull out sofa in the room I stood in was completely useless and broken along with the shower rod in the washroom which is broken and fails to "soder" "glue" on so water goes onto the floor because shower curtain cant stay closed due to this failed attempt of a glued on rod.

Love everything,,but the weather. We enjoyed the waterpark and pool the first day,,weather had the water park closed..still fun. Our fourth time there!!!!

I was skeptical when reading some of the reviews because I was visiting the property with a five month old. But it was better than I expected, so much to do especially if you have kids! Everything seemed very clean, although it was in a modern hotel we loved it. Will definitely go back with the whole family! Waterpark was so much fun definitely come with your kids. They will have a blast!

The water park was very nice and the staff were exceptional. I was solicited immediately after checking in though. A time share company has a desk and representative set up right in the lobby! When we got in our room there was a moldy and damp odor. It didn’t subside throughout our stay. The pool was a nice temperature, however. We will go back again with a day pass to the water park, but we won’t stay in the hotel again.

Property had a lot of additional fees. Paid an additional $114 at check-in for parking and occupancy fees. Only stayed for one night. Food other than breakfast was frozen/microwave quality and overpriced. Entertainment for kids was exceptional.

The staff who checked me in were very friendly and polite also answered all my question with no hesitation

We only stayed for 2 nights which was ok, i wanted to do do some content for my Caribbean peoples, but the rooms need alot of work, our bathroom walls had stain, the tub kept clogging and the blankets had stain, also the room had a bad scent, but overall the property was ok.

I was so unhappy with this place Though that by saying there were three heated pools when there was only one was so disappointing. Spend all this money and just to find out my kids couldn’t get on slides outdoor and indoor one because water was so cold .y kids were sad to know we got there just to stay the whole time in the regular pool. If that was the case I would just stayed home and gone to our community pool . Definitely won’t go again And food for dinner was not the greatest Now breakfast was good but that’s it Not worth spending money for resort and food there .
