The staff are very personable and accommodating. They make you feel like family. I’d reserved an ADA room and was informed during check-in (was super late coming) that the hotel was full. I did receive a room that was reasonable, but not what I’d reserved. My husband, who uses crutches, had some difficulty navigating the room. It appeared to be in some sort of construction. The door to the room had white paint marks on it. The light in the shower was coming down. The rug area where the baseboards meet was coming away from the wall. All of this considering, I would return provided I had a more comfortable room.

On entering our room, the bathroom floor was dirty with shoe prints. One of the side tables had a sticky substance on it that was difficult to remove with water and a tissue since I didn’t have any cleaning solution.
The shower door would not stay closed when you used the shower so I had to hold it while I was using it not to spill water onto the floor

The hotel was perfect for a quick night stay. The room was clean and the staff were nice. My only complaint was the pillows were very uncomfortable, they were lumpy and short. They offered a complimentary breakfast, however I didn’t partake.

I don’t like being lied to but even more I don’t like when someone assumes I’m lying to them.On March 1st, I asked for a late check out for room 137. The night shift desk service gentleman looked in the computer and then told me he could give me a noon check-out. The next morning I hear a knock at my door. I informed the cleaning lady I had a late check out. Then I received a phone call saying I didn’t have a late checkout. The night shift service gentleman didn’t inform him. I proceeded to tell the day shift service desk worker I was told I had a late checkout. He said no, he would give me until 11:30am to be out. Very unprofessional service workers.
