Rude staff, poor attitude. No understanding of how to handle issues in a professional way. Room was clean but small. No fridge or microwave in room, which would be fine if they had something set up in the lobby, but they don’t. Bar/restaurant never open. Little to no amenities, doesn’t feel like a Marriott at all. Also, broken elevator keys on elevator B. On the second floor you can only call the elevator by pressing the up key, once the elevator arrives and you’re inside you can select to go down. Marriott shouldn’t have all these issues, it’s a premium brand.

Originally given the wrong room upon arriving that room smelled like smoke and the fridge was not very cold, some pieces on the inside of fridge door were missing. I called the front desk. The staff member was able to assist me with getting on the correct room.
Once in the correct room later on in the evening I noticed that the toilet was not working. I had to pour water in the tank for it to flush.
