Great location . Road noise was disturbing. We walked to miracle mile .
Breakfast bar fell a little short with hard bottomed biscuits. Never like to pay that much for parking , but garage couldn’t be more convenient. Nice to have your car that close .
Front desk service was spot on . They won’t put up with any nonsense though . Good job .

This is my go-to hotel for all my Chicago visits when I'm in town to visit family. The hotel staff is always welcoming and friendly. I love the cozt hotel lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is nicely equipped and has everything you need for a quick workout.
The Rye Deli and Restaurant is a great place to grab a quick bite or drinks.
The location is also prime. Located in downtown without being right inside of downtown. Lots of West Loop shops, restaurants, and bars within a minutes walk.
I can't wait for my next stay here

Convenient location to groceries,Greek restaurants, Fulton St and Amtrak. Room nice - some traffic noise in morning and pillows very firm. Nice refrigerator and microwave.
