Satisfied with the overall stay.

The hotel was very clean, staff was polite and timely. Balcony added that extra flare.

Great location . Road noise was disturbing. We walked to miracle mile . Breakfast bar fell a little short with hard bottomed biscuits. Never like to pay that much for parking , but garage couldn’t be more convenient. Nice to have your car that close . Front desk service was spot on . They won’t put up with any nonsense though . Good job .

This is my go-to hotel for all my Chicago visits when I'm in town to visit family. The hotel staff is always welcoming and friendly. I love the cozt hotel lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is nicely equipped and has everything you need for a quick workout. The Rye Deli and Restaurant is a great place to grab a quick bite or drinks. The location is also prime. Located in downtown without being right inside of downtown. Lots of West Loop shops, restaurants, and bars within a minutes walk. I can't wait for my next stay here

The bathroom counter and mirror had spots and a mascara stain. Not sure how well it was cleaned

Convenient location to groceries,Greek restaurants, Fulton St and Amtrak. Room nice - some traffic noise in morning and pillows very firm. Nice refrigerator and microwave.

The room was clean and it had all necessary amenities. It was located in Greek town of Chicago. Lots of restaurants, Cafes, and bars.

Close to Whole Foods grocery. I didn’t like our room which was the last corner room to the freeway noise.

welcoming staff, great location, easy to navigate. only curious thing was no fan in the bathroom. otherwise no real complaints. would visit again. cheers!

The king size bed was worn out. Major sinkage in the middle of bed. The hotel needs remodeled and also needs a deep clean.
