This is our second trip to this hotel, and it is always great. The front desk staff are always efficient but not very personable, but that’s not a big deal for us since we only really communicate during check in/out. The room is always clean and comfortable and supplies what you need, never had an issue as far as the stay itself.

The Jacuzzi suite was really nice. It was large everything worked and it was at the far end of the hotel so you didn’t feel like you would be a bother with the Jacuzzi running would definitely stay in this room again.

Didn’t like that I had to put a deposit down and have not received it after 3 days still. Have to contact the property to make sure the funds are returned

The only problem I had was with staff she the weekend night attendant was rudest person I’ve ever met. She was rude, not only to me, but to people that were coming in after me she has no business being in this type of business.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, updated, and welcoming. Cleaning staff was polite, courteous, and efficient.
As for the overall hotel facilities, the common area carpet needs replacing but was always clean.
The pool was crystal blue and relaxing. We had a great stay.
