I got in to hotel late and they gave my room away and sent me to another hotel

Convenient location for our activities. Very easy access to the area, to the Interstates, and to BART. Suite was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Housekeeping upon request. Employees were friendly and hard working. Adequate buffet breakfast included in nightly rate. Evening restaurant/bar food was surprisingly good. Valet parking only; adds $34 per night to the published nightly room charge.

Safe, quiet and good stuff.

No water in the rooms, card was charged for items or services not used. I pre paid for the room and was charged an additional 198.00 which was more than the cost of the room!

Could tell some things needed maintenance and painting. Pool and gym closed at 9. Security was strict on my 3 year old playing with a ball but at 11pm kids were racing in circles on the floors. One lady at the desk was extremely rude during check in and again on the phone while asking for bedding.

Place was very comfortable and quiet. We were here for a medical trip and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay. The staff was great!

We always stay here when visiting family in the Bay Area. Easy on/off from the 680 freeway. Rooms are very spacious and are actually suites with a living room/bar separate from the bedroom. Very clean and well equipped with a big screen tv in each room, and bar area with a sink and microwave oven. The included breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of ready made and made to order food options. The separate, on site restaurant/bar has a wide selection of entrees that are excellently prepared and rival any sit down restaurant in the area. And each guest receives two free drinks at the bar each night of their stay.

Everything was great except the for parking. This was not mentioned when this reservation was booked

Room 310 shower is not working well . The hot water is not coming on . Was not good !!

Clean and good location

Used to love this place but please don't stay here. My money has been stolen by the hotel. My brief encounter recently: At midnight on the night of my arrival I was denied check-in for a booked room at the front desk. It was on the grounds of not having a physical credit card for incidentals. I offered Apple Pay but they do not accept that per their policy. All they said was "Sorry" and stared at me until I left. Fine. It was easy to take my business elsewhere; their loss of my business, so I thought... The next morning I get a charge on my credit card from these people for the rooms they denied me only 8 hours earlier. The hotel's customer service phone line was no help and punted me to Hotels.com. When Hotels.com inquired about the refund I was told "we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the change fee." So this is where we are. Please don't support this institution by staying here.

Everything was great except one night. I did have a problem with the shower. It flooded the bathroom and then on our last night there Sunday night we went down for happy hour and the platter we ordered was very greasy however it was late in the evening so it caused a couple of people to have some tummy problems

Everyone was super nice and helpful. No issues at all. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable

Great place centrally located

We have stayed here several times because we like the property, hence the return visits. The one person who checked us in was unfriendly, but all of the other staff were nice. Also, our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. After unpacking, I didn’t feel like moving to another room. I’m sure they would have accommodated us if we had asked. The valet attendants were super nice and helpful.
