I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your hotel. Upon arrival, the car attendants did not direct us to the hotel's parking facilities and instead instructed us to park two blocks away in a public parking area.
Later, we observed another guest being guided by an attendant to park in the hotel's basement parking. When we questioned this, the attendant's response was rude and dismissive, stating, "Well this is why you pay for us to park your vehicle so there is no confusion!"
This lack of professionalism and the attendant's disrespectful attitude were unexpected from a high-end hotel and significantly impacted our overall experience.
I hope you will address this issue to ensure future guests receive the level of service they expect.
