Great stay for the great price.

Room had food from previous customer in cabinets and room was dirty.

Not what I expected. It had a smell and seemed to have some sketchy residents. Breakfast was just a cofee station and a mini muffin.

The staff team was very friendly and took a great care of us. The breakfast was only coffee and nutrigrain bars.

Good service

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We booked through Expedia for a double bed room but after driving 6 hours in the rain, we arrived to find none available. Instead, we were stuck with side-by-side rooms. At check-in, the entrance reeked of marijuana with people laying on the ground smoking — not the welcome you want after a long trip. The first room smelled so strongly of marijuana and cigarettes that we couldn’t breathe. The second reeked of wet feet. For the cost a night, the least they could do is clean or spray something. Instead, the property felt unsafe — with sketchy people loitering in hallways, screaming in the lobby, and a general atmosphere closer to a halfway house than a hotel. To make things worse, Expedia tried to rip me off when we asked to switch hotels, quoting me double for a room across the street. When I refused, the rep even asked me, “Well, what’s your budget then?” Completely unethical. Bottom line: filthy rooms, unsafe environment, dishonest booking practices. If you want a nightmare story for your next vacation, this is your place. Otherwise, save yourself the stress, money, and fear — stay anywhere else and avoid Expedia altogether.

Worst property, stinky and rude people

When we arrived at the hotel, we saw a man and woman sitting in the parking lot smoking. First red flag. When we got inside, we had to wait awhile. Next, a young lady came to check us in. While getting checked in. I noticed everything looked dark and musty. The lady told us if we needed clean towels, we had to bring the dirty towels downstairs. Also, if we needed pots and pans we had to get that from downstairs. We got our keys and headed to the room. When we got to the room, we met the room door ajar. Second red flag. The beds were very tiny and jammed against the wall. The room was not what we expected. There were no cooking utensils in the kitchen. Didn't like the room. What was supposed to be eight nights turned into one night. We politely checked out the next day. This room gave us PTSD vibes. Not pleased at all.

Staff is friendly. The area is a little boring but there's the mall.

I didn’t try the food but the bed was comfortable

Easy to park and helpful staff. They ran out of key cards to program so had to open the door for us.

Third time staying and I like the environment

I had booked double bed for 4 people but got single bed. Staff disagreed to give the other room on the same floor too. I had travelled with 2 senior citizens and one child. My dad had to sleep on a chair. Bathroom water in sink , toilet and shower was too low. Toilet didn’t flush so they asked me to use other rooms bathroom. Very inconvenient stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Stay away

We were family of 7 on the way to hotel. We had a reservation for 4 days for 2 rooms, but the hotel called us on the day of reservation and told that they don’t have any rooms available in their hotel, which was not expected at 7 pm in the night. It was a horrible experience. Will never book this hotel again.

The service fatal. My room is not ready at the time that said. Second, the transportation is not working in the moment that u need to the airport.

The property was extremely unclean, and the staff behaved in an unprofessional manner. The overall atmosphere resembled that of a shelter rather than a hospitality establishment. I would not recommend staying here.

Only stayed one night to board cruise and would not stay again. Hallways were unkept, like they have not been vacuumed, hallway lights were out, which made us question the bedroom itself. TV did not work. Bed was uncomfortable.
