Super well located with everything within 5/10 mins walk.

very sweet workers. gave me a bag of snacks upon arrival. also, located in an incredible area where everything is walkable. room was small but very clean and cozy.

Breakfast was good, small variety of items. Some outlets were very loose but worked after some messing with. Staff was great, hotel and room was clean! Would come back 100%!

Central location in close proximity to popular stores, restaurants and Times Square (10 min walk). Complimentary continental breakfast with several good options available. Lovely freshly baked cookies available throughout the day for guests. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the property is child-friendly and safe. I would definitely stay again.

The price was good, staff was excellent, but the room was so small that I could not even open my suitcase on the floor.

Everything about my stay was very positive. The room was delivered quickly, it was clean, we were able to rest in the quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and varied. I would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Gave great advice on restaurants and things to do and see.

It was clean, easily accessible, well maintained. Rooms well furnished. Front desk service was professional.

Everything is good. Property is centrally located. Breakfast is perfect. Cleanliness nd upkeep of tne facility needs to be evaluated. ( There are still bottle caps on the sink and carpet needs a thorough vacuum.) The major downside of the stay is the airconditioning. We slept in a sauna like room because the ac is not working. Room attendant were fast enough to send a maintenance crew but was not able to fix it.

We arrived early to the hotel and they offered us a very bad room depressing room so we had to wait for another room and wait and wait till 4:00 in the afternoon and the checking time is at 3:00 . and then we got the same size room but better atmosphere the room there are very small about 15 meters and we didn't have where to put our suitcase so we clear the table and we put the suitcase there the condition of the hotel is pretty bad and they need to renovate it the carpet are torn and chubby and boldy in a lot of places , the cleaners doesn't come to clean the room and when they come we are already back and there so she can find excuse not to clean it and it is systematically, the light of this hotel is the people that working in the breakfast room and making it they're very nice and helpful trying to give the best time to the guest,and Elizabeth from the from desk that is helpful and smiling , The other making a contest between themselves who is going to be more depressing to the guest the location of the hotel is good. The breakfast is Rich enough and it is not Continental as in Europe you have enough things there to eat
