We were looking for something family friendly and convenient to the airport, and as an added bonus we could charge our Tesla and leave it there. We didn’t expect the above-and-beyond service we experienced by the staff, and more specifically, Lynn Hanna. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and Lynn took a personal interest, helped us find a solution, and even helped facilitate it. I can’t tell you how appreciative our whole family is for her saving our vacation.

Check in was a breeze. There was either mold or a bunch of dirt in the corners of the shower. I would not take a shower.

Our room was extremely humid and the air conditioning did not keep it very cool. No fridge, microwave, coffee cups, a.d o le 1 set of towels in our room. Asked for 2 sets of towrls and got 2 bath towels which were very thin. Food at restaurant was overpriced.

While close to the airport is an advantage, it was not enough for me to ever stay again. No soap in the shower, towels were threadbare, bath tub would not drain, terrible selection of food/snacks/drinks in the ‘shop’ AND when I mentioned the ‘soap’ and the drain, no apology just a ‘look’.

I have been staying there for last 2 decades but seems like dinning area has gone down considerably. We had five rooms and stayed 3 days but could not get a bottled water because hotel didn't had no supply of water. We went to store bought our own.

To me, this is an average/good hotel. The staff were nice to me on check in and my room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower worked fine and the bathroom was clean. That's really all I need.
The airport shuttle was on time and driver was polite and got us there on time.
Is the place awesome inside? No, but I didn't expect that. It's for sure an older hotel. The area around the airport seemed safe to me, we walked around at night.
I didn't have any issues and my expectations were in line for what I was paying. This is not to dismiss issues other people have had that I see in reviews. I guess I got lucky with my room?

I’m assuming this property was at its peak capacity, is why our room was not cleaned beforehand. Upon entering, we noticed hair throughout the bathroom and used towels laying around the room and bathroom. Our a/c also did not work well. The best part was the free shuttle to the airport! Luckily, we spent most of our time away from the property. However, would not recommend nor revisit.

We’re on vacation and we did have accommodations already sent at the aloft. However, unexpectedly, we had to check in for seasons hotel unexpectedly. We were absolutely excited that we were checking in in the middle of the night . Upon checking in, we were greeted with the best of the best of customer service for the hotel chain absolutely understanding very polite lady that just was a blessing to meet. I did ask for an extended stay and she granted because we were absolutely tired and exhausted . After she honored our request for an late check out, we went to our room and upon even opening the door, the hotel room, smelled of awful mildew and undescribable odor. I attempted to look over the flaw of the room took a shower and woke up hours later with a migraine headache like you wouldn’t believe due to the smell of the room unfortunately, we left the room extremely early and absolutely begged aloft hotel to let us in because I had to go to sleep/rest in the parking lot of Crown Plaza. My headache soon subsided I was just beyond frustrated with the fact, we paid for a room that made me sick and I could not enjoy.

Honestly I was so disappointed even red roof in has fridges and microwaves in their rooms an for what I paid for these 2 rooms I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will never book with them again!

Furniture old. Had 2 rooms, but found only 1 washcloth in each room. Only had 1 waste can in each room. No cups in either room. After requesting cups was given small styrofoam cups. No ironing board in 1 room. The phone was unusable in 1 room. As someone else reviewed earlier, the exterior windows were filthy. Will not stay here again.
