Really nice hotel. Parking stops are tight. The beds are comfortable. I love that it is dual vanity and separate from bath. AC worked wonderfully and I am 8 month’s pregnant. Front desk was extremely nice.

I’m not happy with the service I received. I had prepaid for the room in advance of my stay. When I got there to check in, I was told that they needed a credit card for the deposit and for my parking. The deposit was $50.00 and the parking fee was $20.00. I gave them my credit card and when the lady processed the transaction, it was denied. I used another card it it was fine. I then got a text message from my bank ask about at charge that was made by the Grand Legacy at the Park for $463.20. Did I make it? So I asked the lady why she would charge my credit card the kind of money. She claimed it was a mistake. I’m sorry, she knew exactly what she was doing. She had to type the amount into the credit card machine. It was no mistake. All she said was sorry. If I hadn’t already paid in advance of my stay, I would have left. Also the only elevator was clear on the other side of the building. So my mom elderly husband would have walked the whole length of the entire building just to use the elevator. I asked for another room, none was available according to the lady. Luckily my husband managed the stairs ok. The air conditioner only barely worked. The bed was hard as a rock to sleep on as well. The bottom line is I wasn’t happy. I will not be staying there again. I have annual passes to Disneyland and I come at least 3 times a month and stay for a couple of days at a time. But I will never stay at this place again.

We arrived a 2:30 and were able to check in right away. Plenty of parking near our room. Room was decent and had a small table with chairs. Pros Very close to Disneyland Kid friendly pool with towels and bathrooms 3 restaurants out front with late hours Easy check in at the desk and check out via text Cons No sound proofing. During the fireworks it was VERY loud. Fridge and A/C were also rather loud turning on and off all night Everything in the room was rather cheap and a bit worn. For under $300 a night I would definitely stay again but only in the upgraded rooms.

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed being so close to the front main enterance to Disneyland. Only things we did not enjoy was having a room right next to the elevator, you can hear it any time being used, not quiet at all, along with anytime the cleaners were moving the cleaning carts on the floors above, extremely loud. We have a young toddler, so coming back for nap times made it difficult with all the loudness from the cleaners.

Cons: The person who checked us in acted like she didn't want to bothered. She was cold and unfriendly compared to the others working at the front desk. The room smelled like poop as soon as we opened the door - why would that be?! The front desk was able to move us to a different room. However, with the second room, the water smelled musty/like sewer, the AC couldn't keep up with the programmed temperature so we kept moving it, and little bugs hung out in the bathroom. I tried smashing them but they kept coming back. The dryer in the laundry room ate our coins so we called the front desk about it. They sent someone and they said to check with the front desk to get a refund. I asked how we validated that we needed a refund and he said ok, disappeared, and didn't return. I ended up going to the front desk to get a refund. Pro: the pool and hot tub were great.

It is very close to Disneyland, it was a five minute walk from the hotel into the turnstyles. There are multiple restraurants in the immediate area, which we used several time during our stay. It was nice to be able to leave the Parks, come back and use the pool, and go back to the parks. Wish they had better towels.

I’ve stayed at probably 13 different hotels near Disneyland throughout the years. I had never stayed at this one however I had high hopes with the pictures online, the higher cost per night, and the name of the hotel itself. It felt more like a motel, and for being average, it was surprising there was no continental breakfast or free parking. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work at first and the room was extremely stuffy. It was older looking on the inside than the pictures showed, but was still very clean. I would stay here again if the rooms or on sale just out of pure convenience of the location.

We stayed at the Grand Legacy for our 3 day Disney trip! Overall we had a great stay. Friendly front desk staff and clean rooms. They served shaved ice and infused waters in the lobby everyday as well as coffee in the mornings. The pool area was clean with toys for the kiddos to use. We also tried the pizza and Chinese restaurants right outside the hotel and they were delicious. We loved the convenience of the park being right across the street because we do have a toddler. We would definitely stay here again!
