I had such a wonderful experience at The Grand Legacy Park Hotel in Anaheim, California! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which you’d think is standard, but sadly isn’t always the case. Their warm welcome set the tone for our stay. Location: You cannot beat it. It’s the perfect walking distance to Disneyland, making it so easy to pop back to the hotel for a break or a meal before heading back to the park. Pool & Amenities: The pool and hot tub deserve way more attention on their website, they were amazing! There’s a perfect shallow splash pad area for younger kids, music playing, and even vending machines right by the pool. The highlight for me was when a staff member came by with a tray of free slushies for everyone. That was such a fun, unexpected treat! Room: Our room was fantastic, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The microwave and large fridge were perfect for storing snacks and drinks for our Disney days. Being able to easily return for lunch or dinner in our own room was a huge money saver and convenience. I will definitely be staying here again. For the price, location, and the little extras that make a stay special, this hotel is hands-down the best choice for a Disneyland trip. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay there. We usually stay at The Castle Inn & Suites when we go to Disneyland. I am so glad that we stayed here instead. Much closer to the park. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only negative part for me, is that they don’t have many handicap parking spaces. But we definitely will be staying there again. And we will definitely recommend this property.

Staff were AMAZING! Location was AMAZING, easy 4 min walk to Disneyland. Easy to walk and get food and coffee. Pool was great! Only a couple downfalls that we seen with our 8 day stay. We stayed in rm 101. The very first room on the ground floor…..VERY loud! Noises started around 5-6 in the morning. Every hotel guest walking by going to Disneyland in the morning also the staff out working right outside our room. The beds suck! Super hard and uncomfortable. My husband woke up with hip pain every morning due to being a side sleeper. Parking is not stellar. If you plan on showing up at night to park, you might not get a spot. Between hotel guest and restaurant guest parking is soooo limited! P.s the restaurant that is on the top of the hotel is amazing! And get a perfect view of Disneyland fireworks.

I’m not happy with the service I received. I had prepaid for the room in advance of my stay. When I got there to check in, I was told that they needed a credit card for the deposit and for my parking. The deposit was $50.00 and the parking fee was $20.00. I gave them my credit card and when the lady processed the transaction, it was denied. I used another card it it was fine. I then got a text message from my bank ask about at charge that was made by the Grand Legacy at the Park for $463.20. Did I make it? So I asked the lady why she would charge my credit card the kind of money. She claimed it was a mistake. I’m sorry, she knew exactly what she was doing. She had to type the amount into the credit card machine. It was no mistake. All she said was sorry. If I hadn’t already paid in advance of my stay, I would have left. Also the only elevator was clear on the other side of the building. So my mom elderly husband would have walked the whole length of the entire building just to use the elevator. I asked for another room, none was available according to the lady. Luckily my husband managed the stairs ok. The air conditioner only barely worked. The bed was hard as a rock to sleep on as well. The bottom line is I wasn’t happy. I will not be staying there again. I have annual passes to Disneyland and I come at least 3 times a month and stay for a couple of days at a time. But I will never stay at this place again.
