The beds were so comfortable just like mine at home.The shower and toilet were updated and beautiful. I loved having soap & lotion dispensers at the sink and in the shower. The rooms were spacious with room to move around and places to store my stuff. Vinyl flooring vs carpet was a smart idea. The overnight staff was so friendly. Whereas, the morning staff scowled at our request that the night staff said was complementary. The Green Tree was the best budget place we've stayed at. Breakfast was the usual carb overload with waffles, toast, and cereal. No boiled eggs, but they provided a bagged hot breakfast that was enjoyed for lunch.

Dirty linen, had hair and smelled of sweat. Pillows were gross and the whole room smelled. The couch had a lot of stains on it.

Clean and comfortable. Affordable last min booking. Wasn’t thrilled about the $5 “property fee” charged at check in for no additional services besides a minimal continental breakfast. If they want $5 they should roll it into their booking price for a 2 star, average chain. Also, pool was listed as “permanently closed”, though I didn’t expect it to be open in winter anyway for the location.

The hotel was good and the staff friendly. The rooms are ok and have been updated recently it looks like. The parking , especially with a trailer is not great and the parking lot is very congested. Overall pretty good if you had a small car.

Great value for the time of year we traveled. Pets allowed with a fee. Front desk staff very professional and pleasant.
Breakfast included and free open air parking.
