Every staff member we interacted with was very nice and friendly. The location was close to grand central station which was perfect! The hotel room was clean and as expected. Hotel breakfast was good and appreciated that there was a water filter in the gym we could fill up water bottles. Would stay again!

This property is in the middle of the city and its convenient. The space of the double bed room is small and congested. Its not really worthy the money we spent. Their breakfast options were good.

It was overall nice - the team was kind at the front desk and room was clean and well tailored for our arrival. Breakfast was a little lacking in freshness since we don't eat heavy traditional breakfast food - the fruit was either old or under ripened each day. Coffee was empty on multiple attempts to get it each morning and the hot water was barely luke warm in the morning and evening times.
