Every staff member we interacted with was very nice and friendly. The location was close to grand central station which was perfect! The hotel room was clean and as expected. Hotel breakfast was good and appreciated that there was a water filter in the gym we could fill up water bottles. Would stay again!

Excelente servicio, muy buenas opciones en el desayuno. Me permitieron hacer el check in en cuanto llegué y eso me hace más que recomendar este hotel. Sin dudas unas de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en Manhattan

Gostamos btt da localização, limpeza e café da manhã (a parte quente). Ficaremos aqui novamente no futuro.

Conveniently located to Grand Central and the bus. Can also access Penn Station via a brief 25 Minute walk. The price was a bit steep but definitely a good option and would stay there again due to the easy access and location. The “to-go breakfast for someone on the run was great! Would definitely recommend.

Staff are friendly and respectful. Room and lobby are clean including dining area. Breakfast offered is acceptable. Surrounding area of the hotel is quiet.

The staff was really lovely and always enthusiastic to help. The hotel itself is situated quite nicely as well it being only two blocks away from grand central so when travelling back from an excursion we always knew where the hotel would be.

A good hotel near to Grand central, it is the very keypoint to choose it. Good breakfast included.

The tv was not clear. There was no ESPN channel, only ESPN 2. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a great time at this hotel. The location is the best. Only 2 blocks from Grand Central, so you can get anywhere. Stayed 2 days and came back. Asia was very nice and got us into our room early. All the girls working were very nice and helpful. Room was clean, water was hot, A/C was cold. Breakfast was good. Couldn't ask for more.
