The bathroom was dirty and the rug coming out of the bathroom was wet. It was gross, we had to keep putting towels on its to help soak up the wetness. Didn't work.

The property and everyone around was very helpful. Front desk overall was okay, but not very knowledgeable on the member points nor the service the hilton offers. I felt as if our membership was not good enough, even though we have stayed in lots of hilton around east coast. She keep saying you will get an email from the third party Never received that response. 😒👎

I was very shocked the room had no mini fridge. Almost every hotel now days has a mini fridge. Also the beds were a little worn down, time for some new mattresses.

The hotel is not like the pictures. The hot tub is not filled. We had booked this hotel because of the hot tub. The fountain out front is not filled or running. The room air controls are broken and room was 84 degrees. No one slept. The parking garage is more like a scene from Law and Order. Very dirty and creepy. Pull out bed offered has no bedding and is slanted. Bad hotel

The front desk staff did not always answer and when they did it took a while. The elevator was not working correctly (it stopped at every floor and then starting going down before it reaches my floor which was the 15th floor. I had to get off on the 8th floor and walk up to the 15th floor because it began to go down again).
The housekeeper Ines was extremely helpful and kind when I needed help.

It was good. Nothing amazing. Comfortable bed and room. It’s a business hotel so it’s expensive and you have to pay for parking $18. A cup of coffee at the Starbucks is $4.75. A drink from the hotel commissary is $5. I had a nice view from my room. It’s is conveniently located to 95.
