Outstanding experience with a truly amazing staff at the front desk!

The room is tiny, so even a suitcase can only be opened on the bed. All TV channels work poorly and the picture freezes. The air conditioner works poorly and the room is stuffy.

The check in service was poor. The staff threatened to refuse service because my kids were not calm enough for her at check in. She was rude to me and to the kids. Also, it's very disappointing that the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee.

The hotel looked nice and staff were friendly enough but the building was odd. The main lobby didn’t have ac I saw staff had to use blowers to keep cool, also in my room and my brother’s room and another room I requested as well, all 3 had appliance issues. The refrigerators didn’t work and the coffee maker didn’t work either. Staff said they would have maintenance check it out but that never happened. I would suggest skipping this hotel.

This hotel is new and very nice. The sink outside the bathroom is a positive when trying to get ready.

The room was tiny. There is mess than feet between the bed and the dresser, and no room between the second bed and the wall with the window. The bathroom was also very, very small. This was definitely stated to us when we booked.

I think there was a camera installed in the fire alarm it would go really bright at night like someone was turning up the dimming almost like a flashlight but during the day it would blink on and off.

Great stay

I had a good experience staying at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The price was very reasonable, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The beds were super comfy, and the room had a nice TV and perfectly working air conditioning — which made for a very comfortable stay. When we first checked in, the microwave in our room wasn’t working, but the front desk quickly resolved the issue by moving us to another room. The only real downside was the cleanliness of the floors. They were quite dirty — the bottom of my socks turned black from walking on them, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and I appreciated the overall value. With a bit more attention to cleaning, this would be an easy five-star stay.

Fine for one night stay No tub for kids

Facility was very clean and staff very friendly. But there was no 24 hour setup for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate like other Holiday Inns's we have stayed in. The room felt a bit cramped.

My stay was great! We only had one problem, my tv stop working call down to the front desk, and was told that I would had to wait for maintenence cause the guy at front desk could not help. I stated I'm leaving and will be out all day to make sure someone come to look at it. I also left a note in room as well for housekeeper. We came back that night and tv still was not working. I call back to front desk got Jennifer she was very helpful she told me what to do over phone apparently another guest had trouble as well. She was very helpful and got the tv working we troubleshoot over the phone. Thank you again to Jennifer only!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. The hotel was clean and had advanced security which allowed my family and I to feel safe. The staff was very welcoming from beginning to end.

Great hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. Have to pay for breakfast and coffee. Several restaurants around. Would stay again and recommend.
