Holiday Inn Express & Suites NORTH CONWAY, an IHG Hotel

Renovations were being done. The staff was absolutely fantastic all weekend long!

The hotel was being renovated & dust was everywhere. Our room smelt musty. When i was showering, the shower wasn't completely clean. Long black hair on the walls & floor of the shower. Plus, the shower tub floor was extremely slippery & I slipped & fell out of the shower. Even the handicap bar was slippery & I couldn't hold onto it as I fell. I had to yell for help & get my wife to help me up off the bathroom floor.

Receptionist had a little attitude. Wanted king size bed vice two queens. Not nearly filled up and they had no king beds. Shower and stub needed much help.

Staff was excellent and kind. Room (which was a suite) was dirty upon entry, looked like a rush job. Tub is worn. Description of suite did not match what the space actually was. Overall we made the best of it, but would not stay here again.

The hotel was under renovation but you could tell it needed it! Super friendly staff. The electrical outlets by the bed didn’t work.

Hotel is showing it’s age. Although, it appears they are in the middle of a little face lift. It needs a little mote than paint though. Overall, not a bad place to crash for the price.

Bathroom was dirty

This hotel is very unkept! They have been renovating for the past 4 years and the rooms still smell musty, wall paper peeling off around the windows, and tub was absolutely disgusting! We had to change rooms cause we couldn’t breathe in the first room! Jacuzzi wasn’t very hot and the pool kept overflowing into it! The only good thing about this place was the breakfast and the gentleman who runs the breakfast (Leslie) was very nice to talk to! If you’re looking for comfort and cleanliness it’s not here! Probably won’t be back

Great friendly staff

Breakfast options were great!! The staff was very attentive and helpful! We loved the pool, but there were often no towels at the pool area and we would have to get them from the staff. We really enjoyed our stay though!

I loved the pool and hot tub! The breakfast man was so friendly, charming and helpful. Excellent offerings at breakfast! Bed was super comfy and room well appointed. Only disappointment was that walls are paper thin and it sounded like my neighbors rambunctious kids were in my room. I was next to a blocked off construction zone and didn’t hear a sound from them!

Very friendly staff at check in. Hotel is under renovations so definitely some things to work around, but no big issues. We had a great stay!

Easy to get to

Hotel has been doing renovations for over a year, unfinished projects everywhere. Hotel currently seems to have an agreement with an out of state contractor to store all there trucks, supplies, in parking lot so parking is limited. Our room had ant problem in bathroom, tub drained slowly so you showered in standing water. There’s better options

The hotel is short staff for cleaning and it showed. Many guests at the pool were complaining how dirty their rooms were. We weren’t the only ones that found someone else’s hair in our bed or someone else’s hair on the dirty bathroom floors. Even a quick swifter could fix that. I’ve learned to bring my own sheets and cleaning supplies but the others I don’t think you’ll see again. Front desk staff was very nice

The level of friendliness was through the roof!! Celebrating our 15 year anniversary was a delight staying here. The gentleman who maintains the breakfast area went above and beyond. Seeing them doing renevations gives me excitement to the next visit to see the changes. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was very nice hot tub even nicer. I can't say enough to express our gratitude
