Great hotel, friendly staff, and great location.

Room was clean and had plenty of towels but it was a little warm and out of the 3 elevators they had only 1 worked for a 14 story building

room smelled musty. AC did not work. stuck at 76 all night. not fun in texas heat.

Staff were amazing and made it a great stay. Only one elevator was working which meant extremely long waits to leave or return. This problem was not being addressed.

The hotel has 3 elevators with only one working for 14 floors. I had read it has been this way for some time but thought it would have been fixed by the time I visited. The noise level from a club or something was right in the room until around 2 a.m.

The hotel was not clean. The toilets were filled with black mold and the couch had some mysterious stains on them. Would not recommend.

Location is great Staff was great and attentive. only thing wrong was the elevators were out of service but one.

Local staff from the vallett to the managers were first class.

My stay here was brief, just an overnight! The first inconvenient moment not having signs of where to park or an area for unloading that I could safely pull into so that I could get directions. The hotel is situated on a corner and the road near the only functional doors was a one way. They really need to request a loading area or have better signs for their valet. The parking garage across the street from Travis street park was awful and did not feel secure (this is not a hotel affiliated garage) this is where staff directed me so if anyone else is directed here I would take valuables out and make sure you have people with you and bring a mask the elevator in their stinks. The overnight staff didnt have a lot of knowledge about the fees for pets and I was told this would come out of the deposit I left. Which has yet to be returned and they are still trying to take $25 from my account. The entry doors were not operating and the side door through valet didn’t seem to open with my key card. Being that I was alone and brought a pet this was another inconvenience but also a safety issue. Two of the three elevators were broken and it was such a struggle for the one working elevator to move it seemed to take forever which does not work when you have a puppy to bring.

Fix your elevators 😩

Enjoyed my stay with my family, only issue is please fix your elevators very difficult to move around on such a busy weekend with just one elevator.

It was great but the room we stayed n 916. The ac makes a lot of noise every time it runs.

Check in took a little long but everything else was just fine.

Everything was fine, not the customer service someone hopes but it was acceptable. The only turn off was the elevators not working. I’ll give them 85 out of 100

Lobby reaked of Marijuana. Not kid friendly.

Small room, awkward layout. Loud and distracting A/C unit in the room.

Think the valet parking at $45 is way too high!!
