Pros: Loved the breakfast options each morning. Free coffee and water all day is a plus. Fast check-in and check-out. Free bag check in case room isn't ready. Parking available down same side of street. All staff members encountered were friendly. Rooftop area clean and peaceful. Spacious, clean room with floor to ceiling windows. Hotel is walking distance to a variety of things in midtown: Empire State Building, Hudson Yards, Times Square, MSG, Macy's. Cons: Noises within room (refrigerator and vent high pitch squeal and vibrating).

The lobby was dirty. The bathroom door handle was broken. The coffee tasted like the pot had not been cleaned. They charged $30 per hour for early check-in which led to overcrowded lobby. Clear the property needed an update.

Hotel was fine as far as a homewood goes, the breakfast having good variety was a plus. My room was not ready well past check in, around 6pm they were calling around trying to find a room for us

I liked the rooms, very clean and spacious. Area was pretty bad, definitely dont want to walk on the street at night time. Annoyed that they put off my check-in time every 20 mins so I didnt get into my room until after 430.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. But I booked a room with two queens and a twin sleeper sofa and got a room with two fulls and a cot. When I inquired about the bed size I was told that Hilton considers the full beds to be queen? I specifically booked for the queens as we’re a family of five with three teenagers - extra sleeping space matters! There were a lot of hotels with fulls and I passed those over for Homewood because of the larger beds. Homewood Suites and Expedia should change their listings.
