Hotel Indigo FLUSHING - LAGUARDIA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Stayed for a day before my onwards flight from LaGuardia, and its very convenient. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the check in experience was supeeb. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Great location for going to the US Open. Very easy to Subway and one stop.

I couldn't sleep well because of loud car stereo noise from outside, even at 2 or 3 a.m., but the room and service were great.

The front desk was very helpful and professional. The hotel was clean and located in a very good area near everything. Also, the shuttle from and to the airport was a great experience.

Great place, great staff. Clean and quiet.

Room was not ready on time. We had to wait for almost 2 hours past the stated check in time because they were "short staffed." This created a problem with getting to our concert on time. Also, despite the fact that we did not have an extra person with us, they charged us the $20 extra person fee and refused to lower the amount charged to us.

Stayed here after a Funeral and was pleasantly surprised at how clean, cool, and perfect our stay was. We hadn’t eaten all day and ulah restaurant at the hotel was perfect. We had a lovely, unique dinner and overall vibe of the experience was so refreshing! Great view of Citifield and Manhattan Skyline

The airline booked us at a nobody sketchy hotel further into Chinatown because they cancelled our flight. We walked around and found a room here at the Indigo. It was clean. They got us up there quick. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We did walk and find some Chinese food for dinner. But, there are crackheads literally loitering these streets. We got back in before dark just to be safe. The shuttle was also very convenient the next morning to get us back to LaGuardia airport.
