Hotel Indigo MIAMI BRICKELL by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Black young csr at desk on Saturday morning around 10am was so rude! Was using his hands to tell me to hurry me up and speak. I was simply telling him we could hear everything from the people in 803. Their conversation. Their nusic. At 430 am they were making so much noise and i wanted to call downstairs but the phone on the base was dead and never worked. It also took about 15 mins for the water to get hot in the bathroom Bad experience overall. I have never given a review to this extent on a hotel. Never given a bad review. But this was unacceptable. Considering the price. Outrageous. Glad i was only there for one night. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay

This hotel is clean and quiet. It’s in walking distance to a shopping mall and several dining options. Several options for public transportation.

The staff were all very well trained, very professional and very nice! They made a difference! (Thank you for your welcome!) The room was spacious and clean, with natural light. The decoration and lighting were a bit cold in tone, but otherwise fine and functional. The bed and bedding were great. The flooring was not all carpet which is a cleanliness plus. The a/c was quiet, and the a/c setting was easy to change. Unfortunately the walls of the room seemed made out of paper. Sounds of late-night conversations, argumentation and other activities from the room next door were barely muffled. If possible, opt for a room with an outside wall.

Just accessible to most of any shopping & felt very safe.

I really love the area, downtown was beautiful. The hotel was close to walking distance to so many different places, the room had a nice view! I didn’t like that the pool area closed so early and that Indigo didn’t have a microwave. I stayed 4 days so I had lots of food I couldn’t reheat.

Front desk Staff, bellhop & valet staff was terrific, location is very good for getting around. The room was pretty to look at but Phone in our room didn’t work along with several outlets, shower has a leak.

This property was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the drinks at the restaurant was amazing. Will be staying here again. Only complaint, the walls are a little thin but still not terrible

First our room didn’t have windows to see the beautiful morning of Miami the hot water you have to let it run couple second to get hot. It was a little cucaracha side of my bed and other one in the bathroom ., the Curtain from the dark balcony because it wasn't a real balcony you can just see 4!walls which wasn’t to expected . Even thought I was trying to pleased to my daughter I went to talk to the front desk the guy was in that momento told me that they don’t have rooms available but he will address the situation to the manager which I never have apology or phone call from him . I have my worst experience ever and they small pull where you have to wait to use the chair at list one hour until the people were using get tired and leave I choose this hotel because of the good reviews but very clear this reviews are made up To finalize my review the restaurant food was. Very bad oily fried oily plantains. Cold rice. Meat no cook properly we have to go and have lunch and dinner to the restaurant around the corner which was amazing

Beautiful

The stay was good, but could have been better. On the first day I found a bunch of hairs in the corner of the room, not ours. I didn’t know I was supposed to pay a deposit of $300. The room we were staying, had a door between the rooms and we could hear a lot of noise from the other room so we asked to change rooms. The next room had a coffee machine that didn’t work properly. We informed the staff but don’t know if something was as done. We came back and found a bag of coffee Pods, no decaf, which is the one I drink, two used pods, and no new cups for us, which left us confused. We were leaving the next day, so we didnt do anything else about it. The water from the shower would easily leak to the outside of the shower space, we had to use towels to avoid water on our bathroom floor. Cleanliness was ok, could have been better.

Just avoid yourself some bad experience and DO NOT VISIT this hotel. If you happen to have a situation in your room just know they will not care at all if it’s solved or not. They will even lie and insinuate the problem was solved .. 3 days with a leaking air coinditiner , and no willingness from the hotel to do something about it

The only person who was ultimately helpful was the last guy I met on the last day of stay.

Front desk response was horrible, bathroom sink not draining. Shower was not working
