We have stayed at the ramada before and was very scared about this motel , but adter walking into our room we were so happy and pleased how clean and up kept was the room. No suspicious activities inside of parking lot we were scared at first pulling in but we felt much safer here then at las palmeras

This place was clean overall but the floors. The floors were still dirty and there was hair all over. Another issue is the water. The water seems to not work as the water would stay cold during showers and from the sink; It would get warm at times but wouldn’t stay warm for long.

What's the top of yours beyond disgusting we open the room to the door and could not even stay there ended up leaving and having to rent another room and naturally no refund Will never use Expedia again if I do not get my money back

Property was clean, quick check in but they took $150 which is fine but was told up to 15 days for refund. Room was next to street so freeway noise was bad , next door noise was bad. You can hear everything. I would stay again for the night but not long term

Check in fine was at 3pm but I couldn’t check in till they were done with “shift change”. The hot water to the shower wasn’t really hot. Just slightly warm. There was roaches in my room. Had to kill some all 3 nights I was there. Went get a blanket after 8pm because it was cold and the gentlemen working the office, instead of professionally helping me he was more busy talking on the phone using his air pods in his left ear. While me and others were talking to him he was talking on his personal phone. Some dust Particles in the room but not major. Room smaller in person that the pictures.

The property was clean, but in overall poor repair. We had trouble closing the door to our room. There was no hot water on our second day. The furnishings in the room were clean, but old and dated. The lighting in the room was poor. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean with comfortable beds, but I am unlikely to book at this property again.

Walked into my room and the first thing a see is a cockroach. There were also brown stains on the bed. On top of that I got double charged for 2 nights when I only stayed one and it’s been impossible to get in contact with someone to help me figure this out. Would not stay here.

Cons: Management allows guests to hang clothes to dry outside of other guests doors. Bathroom looks like it's tilted. Lukewarm water, water backing up in the tub. Floors are disgusting. Mold? Shoddy construction work. No coffee maker. This is a very low budget Motel and should be demolished. Pros: Great water pressure. Clothes drying: I approached management and he said he saw nothing wrong with it, in fact the guests asked if he could hang the clothes there and management approved it, but if I was going to complain about it he would talk to the guest and have the clothes removed. Perfect Storm. Management gets to blame another guest for something that a guest shouldn't be doing in the first place except maybe in a third world country. Great way to get your tires slashed. This Motel is not recommended and I will not be staying here ever again.
