Bugs in the room.

This place was clean overall but the floors. The floors were still dirty and there was hair all over. Another issue is the water. The water seems to not work as the water would stay cold during showers and from the sink; It would get warm at times but wouldn’t stay warm for long.

Aquí es donde me empiezo a dar cuenta de que la mayoría de los hoteles que apartan habitación para reservas de Expedía, tienen algunas de las peores seleccionadas para ello. El Señor que me Recibió es una persona con actitud prepotente y grosero, cuando le pregunte por el precio de habitación, me dió un precio más alto que Expedía, y como le dije que ya había hecho la reserva en línea, me dijo que tendría que esperar 1 hora para que me Pudiera dar habitación, y me pidió que me saliera de recepción porque tenía que ir a una habitación a “checar algo”. Después de 45 minutos que estuve sentada en mi auto afuera, tuve que ir a preguntarle si ya estaba, y dijo que espere a que cheque… Yo iba cansada de mi trabajo, solo quería llegar a descansar por eso aguanté. Me dió una habitación pasadas ls 8 noche, noté que la taza del baño había sido usada con orines, pero no le tomé importancia porque solo quería descansar y dormir. A la mañana que me iba a calentar mi lonche, me encuentro de sorpresa una caja de pollo rostizado en el microondas, ya no estaba ese señor afortunadamente y hablé con un muchacho más agradable y me Paso al gerente Jorge o George no recuerdo bien el nombre y fué muy indiferente, le dije que tengan cuidado que tal vez ese señor ogro que se encuentra en las tardes noches es el que se va a dormir a ese cuarto y no limpió bien.

What's the top of yours beyond disgusting we open the room to the door and could not even stay there ended up leaving and having to rent another room and naturally no refund Will never use Expedia again if I do not get my money back

Zona insegura con mucha prostitución, virtualmente inexistentes se da a para el desayuno, si es que a eso se le puede llamar desayuno; habitaciones bien; mucho ruido; un poco sucio

Property was clean, quick check in but they took $150 which is fine but was told up to 15 days for refund. Room was next to street so freeway noise was bad , next door noise was bad. You can hear everything. I would stay again for the night but not long term

There were roaches all over the place and the room was not that clean. It was convinient and great parking with good location

The walls of the room are in bad condition, the tv is very old to watch something else than cable, also there was a lot of noise in the other rooms

Check in fine was at 3pm but I couldn’t check in till they were done with “shift change”. The hot water to the shower wasn’t really hot. Just slightly warm. There was roaches in my room. Had to kill some all 3 nights I was there. Went get a blanket after 8pm because it was cold and the gentlemen working the office, instead of professionally helping me he was more busy talking on the phone using his air pods in his left ear. While me and others were talking to him he was talking on his personal phone. Some dust Particles in the room but not major. Room smaller in person that the pictures.

The property was clean, but in overall poor repair. We had trouble closing the door to our room. There was no hot water on our second day. The furnishings in the room were clean, but old and dated. The lighting in the room was poor. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean with comfortable beds, but I am unlikely to book at this property again.

cockroaches, paint and tape on floors, rusty doors, muggy room even after turning on A/C, only one key room . also charges an additional $200 “damage” deposit which wasn’t mentioned until i got to the property . room #104 was not it

La cama es muy cómoda y las instalaciones estan como se muestran en las fotos, la atención del personal es muy bueno, sólo que no limpiaron la habitación y no tendieron la cama
