Everything was 5 star the only thing it was lacking was fast food options before the 2 hurricanes there was a pizza shop and a burger joint but both have not reopened.

Only suggestion, and I realize you have priorities, would be to paint the wood panels on the lower level facing the beach.

They seemed to be having a great deal of elevator issues the week we were there. When the 2nd one worked it was horribly loud when it operated, and we were two hallways away! Bath wasn't clean when we checked in, and not the best water pressure, but we got by. Valet's were super polite as well as the front desk.

The property was amazing and the staff could not be more helpful. The views of the ocean and the canal were breathtaking. It was a little noisy due to hurricane rebuilding, but otherwise a really relaxing vacation!

The rooms are big , clean and very nice.
For that high end hotel I wish their hot tubs on the sky terrace were a little bigger and nicer!

The hot tub needs upgrading. One small one for such a huge hotel and not in the greatest shape. Very expensive. Nice place to experience once
