La Quinta did not honor our Expedia reservation. They gave away our suite room earlier in the day. We did a pre check in online and our room was gone when our flight arrived and we arrived at hotel. Very unprofessional staff. Long line when we arrived. The staff did not seem to understand they have to honor their reservations. I called expedia. Expedia said hotel is now red flagged? Why does expedia do business with such a poorly run hotel? Now I no longer trust expedia…

This place was horrible. I booked 3 rooms here for a family vacation The worst place I ever stayed in while traveling you have your local gang bangers and prostitutes in the pool area. I couldn’t even take my kids to the pool because it was too much drug and alcohol activity around. None of the staff cares once they have your money, they don’t care what’s going on at this hotel. One evening me and my family had came back from dinner there was no parking in front or back. I asked the gentleman at the front desk What should I do because there’s no parking he tells me to wait to someone move there car smh the rooms are dirty my first day there the mirror fell off the wall. They did not come fix the mirror until it was time for me to check out room service. Do not make clean towels are dirty. I even found dead bed bugs under the bed garbage is in the hallway for 24 hours this place is a certified DUMPSTER but I could not get a refund even my cousin shoes was stolen out of one of the rooms sry didn’t get the picture of the bed bugs it was so disgusting I had to go to the local Walmart for bed sheets and towels and bug spray just to keep my family safe in this hotel. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURE ON THERE WEBSITE OR THESE 3rd party sites this place is not safe or friendly trust it’s lots of fake reviews on this hotel only good thing about this hotel is the location is 4 minutes from the airport.

Property didn't look like it did in the photos. When you pull up to the property part of the building was falling apart. It was loads of trash outside. All the Linen was stained. It was trash and dirty linen all through the halls. The host at the front desk was giving me and my spouse a hard time about checking in early, and he charged my card double for the deposit and early check in.
