The older receptionest was rude and antagonistic left the room and the younger man helped me check in and was very polite and helpful. Other than that my stay was very pleasant. Note: need to inform when housekeeping comes to clean up the room. I used the towels and had to call to get clean ones.

Check in is difficult to find. It would be nice if there was more information provided ahead of time. Parking was great and elevators were quick. The pet fee is quite high. The beds are hard but overall the room was nice and very clean. The dining options were great. The most annoying thing was housekeeping- as others in comments mentioned- they do come around early knocking on doors. They knocked on our door twice- once at 9am and once a half hour before check out. The room was noisy both from the hallway and our neighbor.

Maintenance inside rooms, elevator cars, hallways, and walls around the property is needed. Front desk is not always staffed, and when it was, it was insufficiently staffed.

First of all. Had to walk a block away outside of the hotel to be able to check in. Elevators did not work (I was booked into the 12th floor, imagine that). Hotel smelled bad, room smelled like cigarets. Honestly would stay here again.

I booked online at hotels.com and when we got there, we couldn’t get checked in because they had cancelled it. So we had to pay again. Took almost 30 minutes to get into a room. I need a refund for this booking since we did not use it

Our room was not clean, the bed wasn’t made
The bottom sheet was on the bed and was dirty, and the top blankets were on top of the dresser and were also dirty.
The sink in the bathroom was clogged.
I did take pictures.
