Nice place to stay. Cozy rooms.

The property was convenient, but the heat in the room was not adjustable. It was terribly hot.

It was okay, the rooms need upgraded, but I went on a Monday so it was not busy. Walking distance to different casinos and food choices made up for the room. Great employee's good service.

Bathroom wasn't clean the faucet for the tub wasn't completely attached to the wall it was loose and tub was dirty bed was as hard as a rock the room sucked ass

The AC/Heater didnt work , cieling had mold over the bed, window only opens 4 inches, tub dosnt drain and we called 3 times and no one came to fix or look at any of this. Second time we stayed there and it was horrible. Never again. We like the casino but the hotel is awful.

Check in was very unorganized. Nobody was at the desk had to go to the hotel next door to check in.

Even though says smoke free smells like smoke

Stay was nice but it was a shame they did not offer a guest staying at their hotel the use of their many electric car charging stations for no additional cost. There were about 10+ charging stations and due to the addition cost, none of them were in use.

The accessibility throughout the buildings without having to go outside.

Both drains shower and sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner wouldn’t blow air.
