This place is screeming for reno!!!

Roaches in room could not wait for the trip to be over

The room was not clean and there were multiple roaches. The ceiling leaked from the inlet fan water on the floor and the refrigerator in the room did not work. No accommodations made or offer of return services when the complaint was made. I would not stay here again.

Everything is around this hotel perfect area

I stayed in room 590 for two days the second day I woke up with bug bites all over me once I returned home to Kauai they got worse and my doctor said they were bed bugs

Black mold all over bathroom and walls, didn’t get microwave until last few hours in hotel, cockroaches all over

Older Waikīkī hotel that felt like going back in time. Well kept in an excellent location, for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back

Where can I start….. When we arrived, we had booked two rooms and they had completely screwed up the two bills and it took three people to figure out how to charge the two rooms separately and put the right amounts on the right room. Then when we got to the room…. The air conditioning didn’t work, barely blew out of the vent. The other group on our two rooms reservation had the same problem…they were moved…..our solution was 2 fans…. It was still to warm in the room. When we booked the room it said we would have 2 queens and a single. The 2 beds weren’t even doubles…they were like wide singles…for 4 adults…talk about false advertising. We went to the front desk and showed them the discription and shoulders were shrugged and we were told we got what we paid for. We would never have booked a room like that for 4 adults and a teenager. Then there was the condition of the room. There was black mold all over the ceilings…and the sprinkler was covered in it. There were paint chips all over the floor and chunks of paint missing everywhere. Then there was the tiles that were fast spackled in the shower and left that way with the spackle still all over the other tiles. Finally as a continental breakfast for 5 people…we got 2 energy bars, 2 fruit juices and a bag of chips. For 4 adults and a teenager. What a horrible experience this was and not a great way to start our vacation….Nothing on their website, descriptions or pictures, were true.

Location was very good restaurants nearby walkable a lot of choices for dining or breakfast. Location was perfect.

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach, restraunts and shops. The lobby was clean, however the rooms were very old and outdated. Peeling paint everywhere, bathtub looked moldy, ac vents dirty, tv rarely worked and carpet looked ugly.

Location convenient and comfortable.

We love the staff! always helpfully and the convenience of the shopping and dining!

This hotel had some room issues and one of the rooms had black mold. I asked to be placed in another room and I was and the staff was amazing. The condition of the hotel is something else though.

Old and decrepit.

We reserved 3 rooms. One was inhabitable even after room service deodorized the room 3 times. Opened the cabinet and cockroaches scattered. All rooms had a funk. Hotel staff were nice minus one small skinny older man. Valet very nice

I asked for blankets for the second bed they sold us the man on night shift dead starred me and said we only supply blankets for one bed. So at 7pm when we figured out the second bed only had a sheet on it I had to go to Nordstrom’s to buy a blanket.

Good service and fast

Wi-Fi is not working and shower was cold.
