Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Walla Walla

The hotel was close to downtown and we were safe walking after dark. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was super good. Best we've found.

Convenient for access into downtown and parking. Close to great restaurants in town. Room was clean upon arrival, only complaint is the PILLOWS!! Not comfortable, small, hard and lumpy. Bring your own

Keys don’t work. Property not maintained. Alarms going off in empty neighboring rooms.

Morning manager was amazing, she was very helpful and kind.

Room had a defective fan, which we discovered after only 2 hrs in the room. We asked to change rooms, but were told we must request that in less than 2 hrs! Finally we got them to give us a new room, and THAT one had crusty debris on the rug and a suspicious stain on the bedding. They refused to give us another room, so we left the hotel that evening. Worst hotel experience ever.

I liked the breakfast when it is first put out. Lots of choices. I didn't like that the manager berated a staff member while i was eating breakfast. It felt awkward.

The room was so incredibly dirty, tooth paste all over the mirror, globs of hair in the bathroom and closet. The chair was so stainned it was disgusting. Floors had small pieces of garbage and dirt everywhere. The bathroom had ripped toilet paper next to the toilet. My daughter opened the cabinet and there was a beetle running in there. It was the most disgusting room ever. It was supposed to be a celebration for my daughter. The pool and hot tub were closed which my daughter was so devastated about then she got so scared after the bug. She was worried they were more bugs in the sheets of the bed. I tried to get ice and there was froven bugs and dirt in the ice. Honestly the room could not have been worse. The manager was supposed to call me and never did. I took pictures of the room because I dont think a place like that should be open. Its unsafe and unsanitary. I had tried to get a refund and was refused. I honestly can believe how dirty it was.

I booked a pet friendly room with expidia during a lovely road trip I took. The hotel put me on the ground level in a bottom floor room it was damp dark old and outdated. Its frustetating to be placed in a crummy room when you have a pet. Then after my stay, i notoced a 250 extra charge on my credit card. When i called to ask what it was for, the GENERAL MANAGER took my call and immediately started yelling at me thar i had an undeclared pet. The night staff who checked me in put me in a pet friendly room and i ALSO booked one on Expedia. I explained i never hid my pet and chose this location solely for the pet friendly booking. The GM continued yelling and i asked him why he was yelling at me. He told me he didnt care about being rude to me and his is to maintain policies only. I attempted to explain my booking and the night staff checking me in. The GM continued yelling and began calling me names in a hostile tone to the point i began crying. He then hung up on me.

It was snowy the path was covered in snow and ice super slick hard to get from are to to the room, pool was closed, breakfast was amazing
