Muy lindo el.lugar super limpio el.personal de frondes muy amable pero el desayuno es terrible solo huevo cosido lo hubieran de variar aser huevo revueltos cosido nu gusto tienen poner unos bacon y con eso estaria perfecta el hotel

Já ficamos nesse hotel em outras passagens por Orlando. Achamos a localização perfeita, acesso fácil,a possibilidade de caminhar a pé, é uma variedade enorme de restaurantes. O Hotel foi reformado há alguns anos, ficou muito bonito e aconchegante, pela estrutura, localização e excelente estacionamento esse hotel merecia uma limpeza e cuidado mais eficientes, como serviço de quarto todos os dias, e no café o oferecimento de ovos mexidos todos os dias e um bolinho bem gostoso. Essa crítica é construtiva, esse hotel tem potencial.

The remodeled room was quiet, and king bed was very comfortable, Had a problem with the key card not working, but 2nd one was fine, Breakfast was basic, hard boiled eggs were odd textured, luke rubber..,All in all I would stay again

The driver couldn’t find the front entrance. When we did the doors were locked and we were not able to get in, until someone buzzed us in. Which means it’s was an unsafe place and area. There was not a restaurant inside the hotel.
They situated us in the building that was under construction where there was a lot of dust and dirt inside the elevators and the hallways which you brought into the room. It smelled bad I chocked constantly from the dust. The side of the wall where the TV was hanging the electrical was not working. I called to ask the front desk to explain the situation and informed them that my mom was disabled. If they could move us inside the other building. II spoke to Andrea the manager and she said she could not change our rooms. Engineering came to check the electrical. The man said the breaker was not working they told the front desk to move us, only 2 rooms down. The staff was not empathetic to the fact that my mom was disabled and did not want to acknowledge or apologize for such an inconvenience. Being that my mom is disabled they should of made adjustments on ADA American disability act. They should of also notified Expedia about the construction and why are they making people breathe the toxic air what if there was asbestos.

Somehow, a clerical error was made and my room was listed as occupied. At 1:50 AM in the morning four individuals were attempting to enter my room shortly after I arrived back from obtaining my delivery order from downstairs. Very strange and scary situation.

Ett helt ok men inte mer hotell med enkel frukost och fri parkering nära universal parkerna.
Det finns en gratis shuttle bus till universal och sea world , men den är helt meningslös då den endast avgår 07.10 på morgonen…
Trevlig personal men enkelt lite bedagat hotell.
