Good place to stay

Very clean property with comfortable bed. I didn’t realize it didn’t have have any staff at the location and as a single woman I did get a little nervous of the area. Again, I’ve never been to Seattle so wasn’t sure about the area when I booked it. If I came with my husband I would stay again but not alone.

Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Shared areas were quiet and calm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Not a bad spot has a park right next to it

The room was clean. The common area is very comforable. The furniture and kitchen utensils are excellent quality. We certainly enjoyed the stay.

it’s a little bit of home and a little bit of hotel all at once with a kitchen perfect for a little wine and cheese before going out in capitol hill!

The only problem we had with the actual room was ants. Even with no food around we had trouble around the coffee area and on the bed. The room was small but comfortable and everything was very clean.

Super clean. Love the attention to details. Easy to prep coffee in the morning, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Right across the street from the hospital. The host even provides ear plugs but we didn't need them. We were in room 7 and no other units shared a wall which made it super quiet. Will absolutely stay again.

Our stay at the Sweet Suites was very nice and convenient for us. The room was big enough for two people with a decent bathroom. You can borrow dishes from the kitchen and return them later. It was nice to have a kitchen nearby although we didn’t use it. The owner is super responsive.

Close to downtown Seattle.

Couple missing or broken things but overall worth the price of entry for the event we went tom

Great stay!

Property is in a nice, safe area. We were able to walk to the Wharf and downtown in 25 minutes. The house is noisy at night as people in other rooms sit central common area sometimes until 12:30AM gabbing making it difficukt to sleep. Electricity is a problem when it is hot. There are portable room air conditioner ls, but, if several people are using them, the draw blows out a circuit breaker..

All was excellent except air conditioning was not properly working, curve appeal could be improved. Still waiting for safety deposit back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Suites. It was clean, bright, comfortable bed. It was close enough to downtown and lumen field that we could scooter/bike, and walk (about 30 minutes). We enjoyed the area and it was quiet through the night.

Had ants once we came in and Also in the bed aswell owner said there was spray but wasn’t so unfortunately had sleep uncomfortable for two days with ants around very noisy

I did not realize it was a communal house because it was not clear on the ad. It’s a house with bedrooms you are sharing with 8 guest rooms. The ad says it’s an 8 unit place, I thought it was an apartment style building/units that all had their own kitchens. The kitchen is shared for everyone and not private. One thing I would recommend to the hosts is to have that more clearly stated. Pros: -area is safe location -there is no on site parking but we easily found street parking a block over -the private bedroom and bathrooms were very clean -a/c works well -wifi works -bed was very comfy -mini fridge in room and coffee maker -check in instructions very clear/hosts easy to communicate with -The kitchen was nice to have and convenient. Cons: -the ad should more clearly state it is a big house with private bedrooms you are sharing with people. It needs to be more clear -we were in unit 1 and the freezer part of the mini fridge was not functional as it was frozen over -we did not have hot water for our showers in the mornings. Hosts, I would consider looking into this as it’s mentioned in several reviews -I would recommend to the hosts to have spray cleaner available for guests in the kitchen -mini fridge freezer solid ice and not useable -parking may be an issue for some if you cannot carry luggage or walk a block or two. Overall, we had a really good stay and I would recommend it. I would also stay here again. I found it to be very clean and comfortable for the rooms.
