What a hidden treasure. One block off of beltline. Bed linens and towels were very nice. Clean pool and a hot breakfast completed the perks Great rate better in many ways than the motel 6 around the corner

I liked the convenient location as I live nearby and needed a place to stay due to not having AC in my home.
I didn't like being quoted incorrectly for having pets. I was told it was $75 per dog. I had two dogs. I found out after asking the manager the next morning that I was to be charged $75 per room with pets. The bed had 2 small bugs in it. The room had a very musty odor.

Booked through Expedia adult child. Did not notice the restriction about needing to be 21+ to check in. Since my child did not meet the requirement I contacted the hotel and discussed this. I was instructed by the staff to reach out to Expedia to ask for a refund and when the hotel gets contacted by Expedia they would honor it. However, after I followed these steps the hotel informed Expedia that they could not refund due to my son staying at the hotel currently. I appreciate the fact that we did not notice the restriction on age when making the reservation, but to tell Expedia that a refund isn't possible for this reason is dishonest and would violate the very policy that kept my son from checking in at all.
