As usual the beds were wonderful, comfortable and the bedding was 100% quality cotton. The staff we interacted with from check- in and check-out to our breakfast waitress Sintu (she was tremendous) were so kind, friendly and professional.
The hotel was extremely clean: elevators, hallways, common areas and especially the room. We actually encountered the cleaning staff washing the walls of the hallways which I have never seen before.....the hotel clearly maintains their property.

It was a great stay, I only have reservations about the hotel reception, it has few employees, slow service and regarding Starbucks opening hours, it could have been open at least during business hours, the shower was also not ideal, otherwise everything was ok

The Westin should perhaps use some of their earnings for this fiscal year to give this hotel a thorough update and maybe upgrade some of its guests' amenities and rooms. I saw two different guests wanting to go to another Westin because they did not like this one.
