Its a very good spot to stay

Breakfast was great—we especially enjoyed making waffles, and the coffee was excellent! However, our experience upon arrival was disappointing. We got to the property around midnight during a heavy rainstorm, with children in tow. The staff didn’t offer any assistance, especially in helping us locate our rooms, which were in a separate building behind the main one. The kids ended up getting wet since no umbrellas or any form of cover were provided. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was padlocked, and the staff failed to inform us about this beforehand. When I booked the rooms, it clearly stated that they were air-conditioned, so we were not expecting this inconvenience.

Nothing about this stay made us want to come here again. The facility is old, run down and needs to close for a complete rehab. The window didn’t lock or have a screen. The water was hot but lacked high pressure for a soothing shower. Bedding was worn and discolored in spots. There are better options for a similar price in this city.

We found that the entire outside was in disrepair with what seemed a place for the homeless to stay. Room was 80 degrees with no way to control it! Floor was gritty and it was noisy! I would recommend people find another place to stay!

We choose the inn for its convenience to the cancer center but we won’t do it again. There wasn’t a drain stop in the sink and the smell coming from it was horrible, no screen over the tub drain, no ventilation in the bathroom. I had the thermostat turned down to 50 and the room read 80 degrees, cracks in the sheet rock and glue in the dark paint on the walls. Nit a place we would stay again.

I love staying here ..Very good prices ,close to stores and restaurants..very quiet and comfortable..

There were some problems with the room like the TV not working and the Keurig machine that was provided not working properly but other than that for the price that it was, it was a very nice room and I very much intend to go again

No hot water. When they said the manager would comp the issue we recived nothing for a response

Stay here often like the room decor but this last time had multiple issues had to swap rooms twice due to the door, not working or the pee on the bathroom seat

We stayed 2 nights and sheets were not changed as asked. Had a jetted jacuzzi which when we got in when filled, noticed that there was brown stuff floating. Got out immediately, drained it and then took pictures of the brown gunk on the bottom. Immediately after that took a shower to feel clean. I did speak to the office about both situations, and they were very kind and apologetic. They said they would bring it to who's attention it needed to handled as far as fixing the issues. Looked to be clean at time of arrival. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

Quiet rooms. Easy check in. Breakfast. Close to entertainment and food. Jacuzzi water is always hot.
