Rented this room for use of the in room jacuzzi. Had water turned off in the room due to maintenance issue. Staff moved me to a different room. In this room there was no hot water to use in the jacuzzi. Informed staff I would be leaving due to the specific amenities I rented the room for being broken. Asked for a refund, denied by staff. Spoke to the assistant manager the next day about a full or partial refund, refused to even consider any kind of refund. Did not apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort that was experienced by their customer. So, I paid full price for a suite only to be interrupted, moved, denied amenities and was not offered any type of recompense.
