Beds were VERY comfortable and I love that the hotel is pet friendly. The staff were wonderful, and I loved having Marco Polo's bar right in the building!

Overall very good place to stay. It was a bit noisy at night but they were understanding and changed our room. It was also a bit noisy but ill take take the music from thr bar vs elevator noise any day. Staff was generally A1!

The staff was wonderful, they greet you with such a beautiful and warmth welcome. Since I was there for a birthday, we got a beautiful room with complementary champagne and chocolate cover strawberries which was so thoughtful and amazing.

It was convenient and simple, but very outdated and a lot of amenities were upon request, so the room felt somewhat void. Staff was friendly. For a quick weekend its great, wouldnt stay longer than that.

We stayed at the Vienna Hotel for two night for Easter weekend. It was amazing the Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room smelled amazing, however the bed were a bit small for Queen size but comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was

This is the best 4 star hotel for the price on Long Island. I travel to Long Island monthly and it’s the only place I will stay. The rooms are clean, showers are amazing, and beds are comfortable, plus the atmosphere and vibe from top to bottom is great.
