Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I had issues with the A/C not staying at a constant temp where I set it, so the room was hot to me. Also, there’s no table or desk in the room and it made it uncomfortable to work and even eat while in the room.

The Wylie Hotel in Atlanta was chosen due to its proximity to the Eastern concert venue. Neither my wife nor I had any knowledge or experience with the Wylie. Arriving for our stay, we were warmly greeted by the front desk attendants, who checked us in. They gave us a description of the property's amenities and made recommendations for sites to see around the area. Parking at the Wylie is non-existent. If you arrive with a vehicle, you must surrender it to the valet staff. Pulling into the property is very tricky, and we had multiple problems with this setup. Then they charge an additional 48.00/day for the privilege of using their valet service. If I have any complaint about the Wylie, it is the parking/valet issue. A modern, top-flight travel destination of this caliber and cost should have a better parking setup. At any rate, the room, bed, and amenities were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but with the parking/valet caveat.

Upon arrival, valet was rude and made a smart comment. I put the money I had in my hand for his tip back in my pocket. Fortunately, he didn't set a bad tone for our stay. Hotel is very nice. The highlight was the bartender, Carmen. She was a very pleasant surprise.

Excellent Customer Service. We have never seen such great customer service. Both valet gentleman were super nice. Adrian in the night shift was amazing answering every question we had with such a welcoming attitude. Cnya in the morning shift was also very welcoming with her caring attitude. And last but not least every encounter we had with Carmen at the bar was awesome. She made sure our drinks were amazing. Super pleased in every way. Highly recommend this place not only because of all the wonderful people but also the location was very accessible to all fun things around here.
