Everything was great..........the bus dropped me off on the corner. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was in the main plaza. The only negative thing was the wifi...............not very good.

I know that Punta Del Este is a draw, as well it should be. But De Pa Plaza in the heart of Maldonado reveals the real heart and soul of Uruguay with real life unfolding in the plaza in front and a friendly and accommodating staff that will make sure your every need is met.

De La Plaza Hotel is a good option if you are travelling to Maldonado for a few days. The hotel is in a good location next to the Cathedral. The rooms are nice and quite big. The mattress are not the best but are okay. We asked for a room with bathtub and they give one to us. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. If you are going by car parking can be an issue. The hotel's parking is small and the area is quite busy and difficutl to find a place near the hotels door. The breakfast is okay but not the best. I will recommend the hotel to other people that is looking for a good option there. The elevator is not working as should be.

Stayed for 5 nights, a great hotel. Friendly staff, fantastic location. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good with a decent variety. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the plaza which was lovely. Highly recommend this modest gem.

Wonderful hotel in downtown Maldonado. Staff was very nice. Best breakfast buffet ever. Just everything you could imagine for breakfast. The room was very small. Our luggage just about fit in room, but everyone was so nice. I would recommend this hotel. We paid $50/night during winter months.

A estadia não é confortável. Não equivale a uma nota maior do que 7. As tomadas do quarto não funcionavam (apenas uma). O café da manhã não tinha o básico de uma comida mais saudável (variedade de frutas e ovo - nunca fui em um hotel que não tem ovo no café da manhã ) .) . Camas não são confortáveis. Agora assim, o valor é o mais em conta tomando como base Punta. Porém a nota do hotel precisa esta de acordo com o que ele oferece.
