The room smelled bad and seemed unclean. There were no toiletries, no toothbrushes, the bathroom door was hard to open and did not close properly. The room did not feel private as advertised on Traveloka. When checking in, the staff did not give me the room key, it felt unsafe. When I stayed in the room, the power went out in the middle of the night, the hotel ran the generator and the smell of gasoline wafted into the room.

I checked in, but the room quality, cleanliness and smell were uninhabitable and I was forced to check out and move to another hotel. However, this hotel did not agree to refund or fine me a portion of the money, but forced me to pay the full room fee even though I did not stay because the bed sheets were black, frayed and the towels were yellowed. The kettle is dirty and must be used to boil water for the baby to drink. The stove is broken and cannot be used. The scissors are dull and nothing is ok. The experience is much more disappointing than the vnahome nearby, a few hundred meters away.

My experience was not very satisfactory.
1. The hotel signboard was hidden in the cafe, so it was very difficult to find.
2. The staff arbitrarily changed the room without sending an email to the guest before checking in. (The room was small, not like the picture, the price was a bit expensive)
3. The room was fully equipped, but the washing machine did not work, had to wait for the technician to come and fix it. But the technician did not instruct the guest on how to fix it when there was a problem.
4. The room had laundry detergent but no laundry soap and fabric softener for the guest to use, the guest had to buy it themselves. If you buy a large bag, you can use it, you don't have to take it home, if you buy a small bag, it is not available. Very inconvenient.
5. The balcony glass was too dirty, even if you want to take a virtual photo with the lake view, it would be a bit dirty.
6. There was a glass curtain on the balcony, but unfortunately the balcony was next to the toilet, the toilet light shone all the way to the bed, very glaring. IN SHORT, THERE ARE MANY OTHER INCONVENIENT THINGS. I PROMISE THAT I WILL NOT DARE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF I COME TO HN IN THE FUTURE.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also perfect—close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing.

The room smelled bad and seemed unclean. There were no toiletries, no toothbrushes, the bathroom door was hard to open and did not close properly. The room did not feel private as advertised on Traveloka. When checking in, the staff did not give me the room key, it felt unsafe. When I stayed in the room, the power went out in the middle of the night, the hotel ran the generator and the smell of gasoline wafted into the room.

I checked in, but the room quality, cleanliness and smell were uninhabitable and I was forced to check out and move to another hotel. However, this hotel did not agree to refund or fine me a portion of the money, but forced me to pay the full room fee even though I did not stay because the bed sheets were black, frayed and the towels were yellowed. First time to stay here, usually I stayed at the other location, not too far from this one. I enjoyed both locations. Clean room, nice smell, nothing to complain at this price point.

The kettle is dirty and must be used to boil water for the baby to drink. The stove is broken and cannot be used. The scissors are dull and nothing is ok. The experience is much more disappointing than the vnahome nearby, a few hundred meters away.

My experience was not very satisfactory.
1. The hotel signboard was hidden in the cafe, so it was very difficult to find.
2. The staff arbitrarily changed the room without sending an email to the guest before checking in. (The room was small, not like the picture, the price was a bit expensive)
3. The room was fully equipped, but the washing machine did not work, had to wait for the technician to come and fix it. But the technician did not instruct the guest on how to fix it when there was a problem.
4. The room had laundry detergent but no laundry soap and fabric softener for the guest to use, the guest had to buy it themselves. If you buy a large bag, you can use it, you don't have to take it home, if you buy a small bag, it is not available. Very inconvenient.
5. The balcony glass was too dirty, even if you want to take a virtual photo with the lake view, it would be a bit dirty.
6. There was a glass curtain on the balcony, but unfortunately the balcony was next to the toilet, the toilet light shone all the way to the bed, very glaring. IN SHORT, THERE ARE MANY OTHER INCONVENIENT THINGS. I PROMISE THAT I WILL NOT DARE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF I COME TO HN IN THE FUTURE.
