My stay at 99 Hotel Bui Vien was excellent. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the staff were always available to assist. I liked the energy of the area and felt very comfortable during my stay. I'll be back for sure

it was great! not the best sound proofing but it was very good consideing it being directly on bui vien street. you can definitely sleep well here you just need to not have a balcony room. overall it was great! ac worked and thats all you can really ask for. prices were great and staff was friendly and helpful. this is not a hotel you want to really have an extended stay at tho, unless you want to party for most of your stay. shops and restaurants were very close by and extremely walkable. i would say as a first time visitor to vietnam it waa pretty much perfect. during the day time it waa business as usually and you can just enjoy the city. lots of community and very close to all the tourist spots. night time its more difficult to get into the hotel as you have to walk because they shut down the street for the nightlife partying but if you like or can deal with that its a great place to stay. it was clean and not dirty and they clean daily and or at your request. dry cleaning and washing is right next door as well. i wouldnt have any worries staying here

The staff members are very nice, is just the condition of the room is deteriorating, especially the shower floor. The shower head doesn’t have much water coming out. But I still give 5 stars because the manager was willing to give me a free room upgrade.

This hotel was disgusting. The front of the building was dirty. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty and outdated. The hotel in on the party strip so sleep was impossible. When the music stopped at 4/5am the hotel started doing work constantly banging so couldn’t sleep even then. I would never recommend or return.

This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of long night revelrie. It is also in the centre of thongs during the day. There is a lot of inescapable noise at night but if you are a party person that won't becan issue. My room was not clean. The bed was immaculate but the floors and walls need a clean. For instance, I dropped some drops of water on the ground when transferring water from one bottle to another and wiped the drops with s tissue - the floor boards had obviously not been cleaned for a while. The place is old and battered. The shower is cold which you don''t mind in the extreme heat. On the other hand, it is cheap for a good location.

I read the reviews yet booked a yway thinking "these guys should have read abour the walking street first. I thought i knew what i was getting into. I booked the panoramic sound proof room with a king sized bed. The bed was a queen and the room was NOT soundproof, but there was a panoramic view. Music on the walking street doesn't stop until 5am at the earliest, and it is loud. So if your in your partying years, you may enjoy this place. We checked out after the 2nd night.

Extremely noisy (unable to sleeo at night) and never had my room cleaned / towels changed for the whple stay (4 nights). I did not mention it to the staff because I was on holiday and not there to waste time complaining, however, it would not be fair not to mention this.

Extremely noisy (unable to sleeo at night) and never had my room cleaned / towels changed for the whple stay (4 nights). I did not mention it to the staff because I was on holiday and not there to waste time complaining, however, it would not be fair not to mention this.

Good staff are friendly and helpful. Location good easy access to the ben thanh market and Saigon shopping area and also nr to the MacDonald for a quick meal At night the street is very know by the vietnamese call the walking street

Lots of things to do in the area, all very walkable & the staff is great. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning on sleeping, extremely loud outside which bleeds through the walls.
