it was great! not the best sound proofing but it was very good consideing it being directly on bui vien street. you can definitely sleep well here you just need to not have a balcony room. overall it was great! ac worked and thats all you can really ask for. prices were great and staff was friendly and helpful. this is not a hotel you want to really have an extended stay at tho, unless you want to party for most of your stay. shops and restaurants were very close by and extremely walkable. i would say as a first time visitor to vietnam it waa pretty much perfect. during the day time it waa business as usually and you can just enjoy the city. lots of community and very close to all the tourist spots. night time its more difficult to get into the hotel as you have to walk because they shut down the street for the nightlife partying but if you like or can deal with that its a great place to stay. it was clean and not dirty and they clean daily and or at your request. dry cleaning and washing is right next door as well. i wouldnt have any worries staying here

Room was simple but cozy. What really made the stay special was the guy at reception he remembered my name and always greeted me with a smile. Little things matter
