The service at a25 is very good, the staff is enthusiastic and gentle. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, full of personal items from hair ties, cotton pads, facial cleanser, etc. I feel very satisfied The motorbike rental service here is also very convenient and cheap

The room was available from 12:00 on April 11. But I had something to do, so I checked in at 22:00 on the same day. The hotel provided a room that was not as described on the application. I requested to be given the correct room as described. At first, they refused to provide it. They also said the room provided was of the same class. After I strongly requested it. They agreed to provide the same room as booked. But I had to wait 60 minutes to check in. I had booked the room in advance. I also paid for it. Such an incident happened. And the hotel did not have a satisfactory explanation. They lacked respect for customers. And lacked professionalism. The room was not clean. The experience was terrible.
