Ksan is great. I went with a group of friends so staying in an apartment was very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is enthusiastic and supportive. There are also many surrounding amenities!

I booked Altara for 2 nights and it was really great compared to other hotels of the same class I've stayed in. The facilities are very comfortable, I like the washing machine and dryer the most, in addition, the dishes and pots are fully equipped to bring a very cozy feeling like home. I give Altara 9 points and the attitude of the staff 10 points. They are enthusiastic and cute, I was introduced to the restaurant by 1 brother in the lobby, Hung Tran, and also booked tickets for a cruise on the Han River, the restaurants are excellent, the food is delicious and the price is reasonable. . I highly recommened you guys should come here to experience

The room is great. It's very hard find one with a bathtub in this city. The elevators are real slow though. Try to get a room on a lower floor.

Excellent hotel, best location with nearby walking distance sea food restaurants. Excellent hotel, best friendly services started with Ms. Nguyệt and front desk staff to Ms. Hạnh the bartender at Altitude Bar. Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements. Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation.

Apartment great and very clean. Realistically possible to self cater in the apartment. Lots of convenience shops nearby. Good food options a short distance away. Breakfast buffet excellent and the staff there are outstanding. Unfortunately the view of the apartment was obscured by a giant 40 level apartment mega complex being constructed next door. Beach is across the road. This end if the beach is not nearly as pleasant as further East, up the beach. Still best part of the beach is only 10 min walk away.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for four nights last week. The price including breakfast is value-for-money. The rooms are big and the staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym room facilities. Others travellers have commented that the elevators are a bit slow, which is true. It can take 5 minutes for you to get on one in peak hours, but that’s fine for me. Also, the bed is a bit soft but it’s also acceptable for me.
