The staff are super lovely, helping me check in early for free 🫶 the view is not bad 🥰 you will see clearly when you see the pictures! If you book a room below and carry a big suitcase, you'll be a bit tired 🤣 Downstairs there is a very chill space to sit and cf! In general, it's 10d, the room is a bit small, but comfortable enough :") fragrant and clean, but before going to sleep, remember to chase away mosquitoes because of the garden view :") and forget about 3km from the center and the road is easy let's go

The room is smelly. The smell is awkward. The room was booked with breakfast, but the receptionists tried to convinced that there would be no breakfast at all. Most importantly, the price of the place is much cheaper (a third) around 400k VND, but the price in app is 1200k, it would be much more expensive, Those who want to still stay should contact the place directly. Finally, low-response service.

Mình không nói tới nhân viên, do mình cũng không tiếp xúc nhiều ngoài việc gửi và lấy chìa khoá. Mình được bạn giới thiệu An đắn đo sau đó mình cũng book An, nhưng khi tới nhận phòng thì cũng hơi tuột mood do phòng quá nhỏ và tất cả nội thất bên trong khá cũ, khoá mở cửa cũng hơi khó khăn. Mình có thấy những phòng còn lại bên trong khá sạch sẽ, nội thất khá mới, nhưng không biết sao lọt lại phòng mình ở… hơi xu 😀 mình cũng ngại báo đổi phòng nên đành ở 2 ngày rồi về.

Yes sir. I'm the staff member who picked me up when I checked in at An Garden. First of all, I'm sorry that I can't support you to check out because my booking is a direct order with traveloka. As discussed with me, I will be willing to arrange a larger room for me in case the hotel has room. But because the hotel was full at that time, we can only provide the correct room class that we have booked. I'm so sorry about the bad experience that I went through too, I hope you guys give it up

The only minus is the stairs. If you bring a suitcase, it will be a torment. The meal is also ok compared to the price is pretty good. I felt guilty that the staff carried the food up and down the stairs. The plus point: Hot water is quite good, 5-10 minutes is hot water. 30l bottle should shower comfortably. The price of the hostess is quite friendly. Very cute. The car I rented is quite strong. Hill run is quite ok. Great point: When you find yourself passing a suitcase and walking to the intercity bus station, the male employee took his car to the bus station which is 700m away. Score 10 for the service, will come back when the opportunity arises.
