We stayed 3 nights during our trip. The hotel is in a good location. Just a short walk to the places you want to be. The staff treated us like old friends. We appreciated all their advice, recommendations and assistance. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the fact that the large family room had separate beds! The breakfast room was cozy and food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

It’s Okay for an overnight short period of time to get some rest and go. It’s in good location convenience for everything. The room is very small just enough for a queen bed place tightly to one side wall, no walking space for get out the bed.

We only stayed here for one night to catch the train the day after, so I think the room worked for us, however the room didn't have a window which they didn't mention on the website either. The rest was ok, there is elevator in the building, and the staff are helpful.

Exceptional stay. Traveling with two friends (three of us total). It was nice to have 3 beds. We stayed at this hotel after having stayed elsewhere in Hanoi and it was much cleaner, brighter, and more spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Nice location. For the price, this was a great find.
