It’s Okay for an overnight short period of time to get some rest and go. It’s in good location convenience for everything. The room is very small just enough for a queen bed place tightly to one side wall, no walking space for get out the bed.

We stayed 3 nights during our trip. The hotel is in a good location. Just a short walk to the places you want to be. The staff treated us like old friends. We appreciated all their advice, recommendations and assistance. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the fact that the large family room had separate beds! The breakfast room was cozy and food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very good location, near good food, and places of interest - Train Street, Temple, and the place to board the bus to Sapa.
Hotel service was great, we stayed for 2 days, left for Sapa, deposited our luggage; and returned to the same hotel on the 5th night. They remembered our needs and also helped us to put our luggage to the assigned room.
They also help to arrange to and fro minivan service from airport to hotel.
Highly recommended.

Even though I checked in late at night, I was welcomed with a smile. Also, the room was kept clean and comfortable. Although it is located in the old town, it is quiet at night and convenient to go anywhere.
