Clean room, friendly staff. The hotel is close to many places to eat, about 10 minutes walk to the beach, when checking out I forgot something and the receptionist enthusiastically helped me send it back. I will come back to the hotel if I have the chance.

The room is clean as advertised, the toilet is okay (only one corner of the glass screen is quite dirty, the hotel should clean it), there is a separate hair comb, although combing is a bit painful, but because I was in a hurry, I forgot to bring my comb and hair. It's short so I'm satisfied, but if you have long & thick hair, it's a bit difficult because the comb is very small. The room has a TV and desk, but there is no mirror, so if you want to make up or change clothes, you have to go and look in the mirror in the toilet. I don't need makeup or complicated clothes, just skincare. so it seems okay. Check-in room is fragrant, clean, the air conditioner is on so it's cool & doesn't have the secret feeling like some hotels. The room cleaning department is polite, the room is cleaned with lemongrass essential oil, so it suits me because I can't stand the chemical smell. Because I also use it at home, I feel familiar. The pillow is very soft so I sleep very well and don't have neck or shoulder pain. There is an electric kettle in the room for those who need to eat late-night noodles. Near the hotel there are grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and the hotel also provides food so it is very convenient. In short, if you don't have high-end needs and just want a quiet, clean place to rest and work, I vote for you to choose Aquatel.

My family stayed in the Family suite room, so it was very spacious. Although only staying for 1 night, the hotel still supports cleaning the floor when required. New furniture, large and soft bed! Walking to the beach is also close

The hotel is so cute, the rooms are clean, the staff is enthusiastic. We had a few problems but the hotel supported us very enthusiastically. I really like it.

I recommend that those who want to travel a lot should not book a room here (because the soft pillows will make it difficult for you to get out of bed 😆). I really love the pillows and the space here ♥️♥️

Near the center, it is very convenient to book food and drinks, near the park, there is GS25 in the lobby, the view I chose is very airy, overlooking the sea. Especially the mattress and pillow here are super soft, easy to sleep. Will come back next time.

I've stayed here for the third time, the location is near the center, near the beach. The hotel often advertises that the pillows at Aquatel are great, and I have to admit that the pillows, beds, and blankets are great, I always sleep very well here.

Everything is good. All the staffs are very friendly. The location is really convenient… 100m to the beach. Downstairs has GS25. In general, here is good to stay.
