Attentive service, welcoming staff

This hotel has large rooms, clear and rather quiet. I think it is suitable for families but it had poor breakfast.

I feel De Ja Vu... the staff was nice, got travel service here, motorbike for rent, tour to ha long bay, easy check in good AC companion by staff thank for dinner with Hanh Gemi and friends, thank you for breakfast with Trang le (Mun)

Enthusiastic staff, the hotel is clean but a bit small.

Stay one night here before leaving Hanoi the next day. The hotel is old fashioned yet clean and maintained well. The receptionist speak English good and explained us the recommended place to eat nearby Old quarter. He packed us simple breakfast (bread and egg) the next day because we left hotel at 6am before restaurant is opened.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, very convenient. There is a good breakfast. Professional staff. Prices are very reasonable.
